Terms of use

Using Lunaticks
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. You need to be old enough to hold an account where you live.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
Your content
Your lists and tasks are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so we can run the service for you, and nothing more. You're responsible for what you put in, including anything you share or swap with another person.
Fair use
Don't use Lunaticks to break the law, harass anyone, upload anything you have no right to, or attack the service — including scraping it, hammering it with automated requests, or trying to reach other people's data. We can suspend accounts that do.
AI features
Suggestions, first steps and imported tasks are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
Availability
We aim to keep Lunaticks running and improving, but it's provided as-is: we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a feature will stay forever. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Lunaticks. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the What's new page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
